Sybiha and Spanish MFA Albares discuss strengthening of air "shield" of Ukraine

On Tuesday, January 7, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha had a telephone conversation with his Spanish counterpart Jose Manuel Albares.

The Ukrainian minister announced this on the social network X, Censor.NET reports.

We coordinated steps to strengthen Ukraine's air shield and discussed the path to a just peace. We are grateful to Spain for its continued support," emphasized Sybiha.

During the phone call, which Sybiha called productive, he also informed Albares about Ukraine's efforts to ensure food security in Syria.

Earlier, Defense Minister Rustem Umierov had a conversation with his Spanish counterpart Margarita Robles. They discussed assistance to Ukraine.
