Lviv TCR on beating of man: Citizen hit military registration and enlistment office employee, and physical force was used in response

In Lviv, TCR employees used physical force against a man, trying to push him into a bus. This happened after the man had hit one of the employees.
This was reported by the Lviv Regional TCR and SS, Censor.NET informs.
They said that on 7 January, the alert group of the Shevchenkivskyi RTCR and SS of the Lviv city found a citizen of Ukraine on Malogoloskivska Street who had violated the rules of military registration and was subject to mobilisation.
Also, as noted, the man did not have any military registration documents.
"He was offered to go to the Shevchenkivskyi RTCR and SS to undergo a MMC and determine his fitness for military service. Instead, the person liable for military service refused, started insulting the servicemen with foul language and elbowed one of them in the face. In response to such behaviour, representatives of the Shevchenkivskyi RTCR and SS used physical force," the Lviv RTC said in a statement.
The military enlistment office added that it strongly condemns the use of force by the TCR soldiers. An internal investigation has already been ordered, and the servicemen involved in the conflict have been suspended from duty.
We would like to remind you that a video was posted on the Internet showing six men beating another man and then pushing him into a car and driving him somewhere.
The Ombudsman's representative in Lviv region, Taras Podvirnyi, sent official appeals to the regional TCR and SS, the military law enforcement service, regarding the beating of a man by people in military uniform.
