Enemy tried to storm the island zone at mouth of Dnipro River three times, but was unsuccessful - Southern Defense Forces
Over the past day, more than 300 attacks from various types of artillery were recorded, the enemy launched more than 400 attacks with FPV drones of various modifications and dropped 226 fragmentation munitions with damaging properties.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Southern Defense Forces.
Thus, over the past day in the operational zone, enemy troops tried to storm the island area at the mouth of the Dnipro River three times, without abandoning the goal of breaking through our defense line. Not a single attempt was successful.
In the Huliaypillia and Orikhiv directions, the enemy continues to rotate personnel and occasionally forms them into assault groups. Also, the enemy continues to conduct aerial and engineering reconnaissance of routes for the deployment of assault aircraft.
Losses of the Russian army
The defense forces of southern Ukraine continue to inflict fire on the enemy's locations and firing positions.
In particular, over the past day, enemy losses amounted to:
- 56 occupants;
- 7 mortars and artillery systems;
- 15 units of automotive equipment;
- 2 ATVs and a motorcycle;
- 1 boat;
- 3 video surveillance cameras, including Murom-M;
- Starlink satellite terminal and 2 antennas to them;
- 2 generators.
In addition, the following were damaged:
- 9 dugouts/shelters for personnel;
- 4 observation points;
- 2 UAV control antennas;
- 10 communication antennas;
- 2 UAV takeoff sites;
- a place of ammunition storage.
As a reminder, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion , Ukrainian defenders have eliminated 803,100 Russian invaders.
