On the night of January 30, 2025, the Russian invaders attacked Ukraine with 81 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of imitation drones.
This was reported by the Air Force, Censor.NET reports.
The launches were recorded from the following directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
"As of 09:00 a.m., 37 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of drones have been confirmed downed in the Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky, Dnipro, Kherson, and Odesa regions.
39 enemy imitator drones were lost locally (without negative consequences)," the statement said.
The enemy attack affected the Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Poltava regions. Industrial enterprises, private and apartment buildings, and vehicles were damaged. An enemy attack UAV flew into a high-rise building in Sumy. Unfortunately, there are casualties, special services are eliminating the consequences, and the injured are being helped.
