US pauses development of ’peace plan’ for Ukraine for talks with NATO allies - media

The administration of US President Donald Trump has suspended the development of a plan to resolve Russia's war against Ukraine in order to take into account the position of European allies, giving them a "seat at the table."
The Telegraph writes about this, citing sources, Censor.NET reports.
It is noted that the US President's Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, promised to hold individual talks with allies in Europe before finalizing a plan to end the war.
Kellogg plans to listen to the views of European diplomats on the form of a peace agreement and which governments can contribute to this process.
In addition, Kellogg promised to hold talks with the prime ministers and presidents of NATO member states, which "should reassure those who fear that Washington will freeze the talks."
At the same time, Trump's special envoy said he would present "elements of a peace plan" at the Munich Security Conference in Germany this weekend.
According to The Telegraph, it will be "an offer of continued military support for Kyiv in exchange for access to Ukraine's rare earth resources."
The journalists suggest that it will now take the Trump administration more than 100 days to reach a peace deal.
According to the publication's sources, Washington wants to strengthen Ukraine's position in possible negotiations with Russia.
Kellogg's visit to Ukraine
On February 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that representatives of US President Donald Trump's team would arrive in Ukraine before the Munich Security Conference, which is scheduled to take place on February 14-16.
The US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, said that he would not present the US plan to end the war in Ukraine at the Munich Security Conference in the coming days.
