President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has lost more than 46,000 soldiers during the full-scale invasion.
He said this in an interview with NBC News, Censor.NET reports.
The president also added that tens of thousands more servicemen are missing.
"And we can't know for sure, because the missing may be dead, or they may be in captivity. And these are tens of thousands. This is true. In addition, there are more than 350,000, I think about 380,000, wounded," Zelenskyy said.
He also added that Russia has deported 19,500 Ukrainian children.
In addition, there is no accurate data on civilian casualties. According to the president, the number of civilian deaths can also be measured in tens of thousands.
"We don't know how many people were killed, unfortunately, because in the cities that we de-occupied, that we entered, we found mass graves. They carry out mass executions, mass torture. You know, in small towns where there were a couple thousand people, we found 500 corpses in one large grave," Zelenskyy said.
