Moscow Oil Refinery and other strategic facilities of Russian Federation were hit, - General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukrainian defence forces hit a number of strategic Russian targets on the night of 11 March.
This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
The operation involved units of the Unmanned Systems Forces and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and other components of the Defence Forces.
Facilities involved in supporting the armed aggression against Ukraine were attacked.
"In particular, the production facilities of the Moscow Oil Refinery, which is capable of processing 11 million tonnes of oil per year and meets 40-50% of Moscow's diesel and petrol needs, were hit.
Also, explosions were recorded near the Stalniy Kony (Orel region, Russia) line-production dispatch station, which controls the technological processes of the Druzhba oil pipeline and is an important component in the process of oil supply to the terminal of the Ust-Luga seaport in the Leningrad region," the statement said.
A number of civilian infrastructure facilities were also damaged as a result of the actions of the Russian air defence.
"The Ukrainian Defence Forces have detailed information about strategic targets involved in the Russian armed aggression against Ukraine, comply with international humanitarian law and take measures to ensure the maximum protection of civilians," the General Staff of the Armed Forces concluded.
UAV attack on Russia
On the night of 11 March, unidentified drones attacked a number of Russian regions. The Russian Ministry of Defence announced the downing of 337 UAVs.
