56 combat engagements in Pokrovsk direction, nearly 400 occupiers neutralized – General Staff
Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting effective fire damage. Since the beginning of this day, 175 combat engagements have taken place.

Russian shelling of Ukraine
The invaders launched one missile and 73 air strikes, using one missile and 118 GABs (guided aerial bombs). In addition, the Russians engaged about 650 kamikaze drones and fired almost four thousand rounds at the positions of our troops and settlements.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, our troops repelled six enemy attacks near Vovchansk.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted nine assaults on the positions of our defenders in the direction of Pishchane, Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka and near Zahryzove and Stepova Novoselivka. Ukrainian defenders have already stopped seven enemy attacks, and two battles are still ongoing.
Hostilities in the East
In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions 26 times near Nadiia, Dibrova, Kolodiazy, in the directions of Nove, Serebrianka, Torske, Zelena Dolyna and Novomykhailivka. Six combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy made three assaults on the positions of our units near Bilohorivka and Ivano-Darivka. Two attacks have already been stopped by our defenders.
In the Kramatorsk direction, seven combat engagements have been registered so far, the enemy attacked in the area of Chasiv Yar and in the direction of Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked the positions of the defense forces 14 times. The occupiers concentrated their main offensive efforts in the area of Toretsk. One battle is currently underway.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the invading units tried to break through our defenses 56 times in the areas of Oleksandropil, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Kalynove, Udachne, Zelene, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Serhiivka, Novoserhiivka, Novooleksandrivka, Uspenivka, Sribne, Kotliarivka, Bohdanivka, Andriivka, Oleksiivka and in the directions of Troitske and Horikhove. Six firefights have taken place so far. Pokrovsk, Udachne, Zoria, Novopidhorne, Raipole, Zaporizhzhia and Novoukrainka were hit by air strikes.
Today, Ukrainian troops neutralized 382 invaders in this direction, 233 of them were irretrievably. Three tanks, four vehicles, three infantry fighting vehicles, two motorcycles, three lightly armored multipurpose tractors were destroyed, and three tanks, a vehicle, an infantry fighting vehicle and a mortar of the Russian invaders were severely damaged.
The situation in the South
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attacked nine times near Kostiantynopil, Burlatske, Dniproenerhiia and in the direction of Rozlyv. Ukrainian defenders have successfully stopped five enemy attacks, and fighting is ongoing in four locations. Novopavlivka, Bahatyr, Odradne and Vesele were hit by air strikes.
In the Huliaipole direction, our defenders repelled nine attacks near Novosilka, Pryvilne and in the direction of Vilne Pole and Novopole. In addition, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Temyrivka, Velykomykhailivka and Zelene Pole.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders nine times, trying to advance in the directions of Mali Shcherbaki, Lobkove, Shcherbaki, Kamianske and Novodanylivka. Malokaterinivka was hit by an air strike.
In the Prydniprovske direction, the aggressor conducted one offensive, which was unsuccessful.
Kursk direction
In the operational area in the Kursk region, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 26 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day, and three firefights are ongoing. In addition, the enemy launched 24 air strikes using 36 guided bombs, and also carried out 211 artillery attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.
In other directions, the situation did not change significantly.
Today, it is worth noting the soldiers of the 31st Separate Mechanized Brigade and the 49th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade who are steadfastly holding back the enemy.
