Enemy attacked Ukraine with "Iskander" and 52 "Shaheds". 26 drones destroyed - Air Force
On the night of 15 April, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile and 52 Shahed-type strike UAVs and various types of imitation drones.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Air Force Command.
As noted, the air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
What did our air defence manage to destroy?
According to the Air Force, as of 12.00, 26 Shahed-type attack UAVs (and other types of drones) were confirmed downed in the east, north and centre of the country.
19 enemy imitator drones were lost in the area (without negative consequences).
Consequences of the attack
Sumy and Donetsk regions were affected by the enemy attack.
As reported, on 14 April, at 21.02, the enemy launched a missile attack on the outskirts of the Sumy city community.
