Fines for violating military registration rules can now be paid via Reserve+ with 50% discount

This summer, the Reserve+ app will allow conscripts to pay fines for violations of military registration rules with a 50% discount. Those currently serving in the military who still have fines of this kind will be fully exempt from payment.
As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the Ministry of Defense.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed Law No. 4316-IX, dated March 13, 2025, introducing amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses regarding the voluntary payment of fines.
The online payment procedure will work as follows:
-
The user submits a statement in the Reserve+ app admitting to the violation.
-
The violation notice is issued and received via Reserve+.
-
The fine is paid using the bank details provided in the app, with automatic confirmation of compliance.
It is noted that the service will have a time limit. After submitting a self-declaration of the violation and receiving the notice in Reserve+, the individual will have 20 days to pay the fine with a 50% discount. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the full fine being due.
"It is our duty as a state to support citizens in every way possible. Thanks to the law signed by the President, we are making the payment of fines quick and convenient through the Reserve+ app," said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Transformation.
