Explosions rang out in Rivne and Lutsk: "shahed" attack

Explosions were heard in Rivne and Lutsk.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Suspilne.

The Air Force warned of enemy UAVs moving towards Lutsk.

It also warned of UAVs in the Rivne region heading west.
