"In order to honor the memory of the victims of the tragedy that occurred on November 8, 2025, as a result of a combined attack by unmanned aerial vehicles and ballistic missiles of the Russian Federation in the city of Dnipro: to declare days of mourning in the city of Dnipro from November 9, 2025, to November 10, 2025. missiles by the Russian Federation in the city of Dnipro: to declare days of mourning in the city of Dnipro from November 9, 2025, to November 10, 2025," the order states.

It is noted that during the days of mourning, the national flags will be lowered on the buildings of the Dnipro City Council, houses and structures of municipal enterprises, institutions, and establishments of the city council.
