November 9 and 10 declared days of mourning in Dnipro
In Dnipro, November 9 and 10 have been declared days of mourning for those who died as a result of the Russian Federation's attack.
According to Censor.NET, this is mentioned in the order issued by Mayor Borys Filatov.

"In order to honor the memory of the victims of the tragedy that occurred on November 8, 2025, as a result of a combined attack by unmanned aerial vehicles and ballistic missiles of the Russian Federation in the city of Dnipro: to declare days of mourning in the city of Dnipro from November 9, 2025, to November 10, 2025. missiles by the Russian Federation in the city of Dnipro: to declare days of mourning in the city of Dnipro from November 9, 2025, to November 10, 2025," the order states.
It is noted that during the days of mourning, the national flags will be lowered on the buildings of the Dnipro City Council, houses and structures of municipal enterprises, institutions, and establishments of the city council. Enterprises, institutions, and organizations of all forms of ownership are recommended to display national flags with black ribbons as a sign of mourning.
