Railway bombing in Poland: all clues point to Russia, - Kosiniak-Kamysz

Unknown persons carried out sabotage on the railway in Poland

The explosion on the railway track near Mika is being investigated as an element of hybrid warfare. The Polish army and special services are monitoring the infrastructure, and video footage and remote connections to the explosives are being examined.

According to Censor.NET, this was stated in an interview with Radio ZET by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of Poland Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.

"Once the perpetrators who planned, planted, and carried out this attack are apprehended, we will have absolute certainty. But analyzing events in Poland, Europe, the situation at airports, acts of sabotage in other countries, arson attacks in shopping centers—all traces lead eastward, to Russia," emphasized Kosiniak-Kamysz.

According to him, this is part of the hybrid war that Russia is waging against NATO, Europe, and Poland in an attempt to cause concern and fear.

"We must be cautious, but not fearful, submissive, but strong. All this is being done to destroy unity within countries, destroy alliances, and sow uncertainty," the minister stressed.

Poland investigates sabotage on the railway and strengthens track security

Kosiniak-Kamysz reported that Polish special services had discovered cameras near the sites of sabotage, presumably for recording explosions or online surveillance of railway infrastructure. The investigation is ongoing.

According to him, Poland is currently in a state of "between war and peace," as cyberattacks, acts of sabotage, large-scale disinformation, and the destruction of critical infrastructure throughout Europe are taking place, and new migration routes are being artificially created to increase instability.

Kosiniak-Kamysz also said that the Polish army is ready to support the police and railway security services in patrolling railway connections. At the same time, he denied that the Polish government is seriously considering the possibility of declaring a state of emergency.
