Russian drone hits balcony of residential building in Odesa. PHOTOS
In Odesa, a drone flew into an apartment in one of the residential complexes.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported on Telegram by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the attack took place on the evening of 18 December during another strike by Russian drones on the city's civilian infrastructure. One of the enemy drones hit the balcony of an apartment on the 22nd floor of a high-rise building.
Consequences of hits on residential buildings
According to Kiper, another apartment building was also hit. The facade and an apartment on the 15th floor were damaged, windows were broken, and residents' property was damaged. According to preliminary data, no fires broke out after the strikes.
"The enemy attacked a densely populated residential area. There is damage to buildings, but no casualties or injuries," Kiper said.
Work of emergency services
As of this evening, there is no information about casualties following the attack by Russian UAVs. Emergency and utility services are working at the sites of the strikes, inspecting damaged buildings and clearing up the aftermath of the attack.
Residents are being provided with the necessary assistance, and details of the damage are being clarified.
