Details of the conversation

The parties discussed the situation surrounding Iran. Ukraine is ready to share its expertise to prevent the war from spreading and to protect lives, but at the same time, Kyiv needs to strengthen its air defense, and we are counting on appropriate support from our partners, the president stressed.

"The President noted that Turkey is ready to host the next round of trilateral talks. We appreciate this initiative and hope that it will yield results," Zelenskyy said.

The head of state thanked Erdogan for supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, Turkey's willingness to play a role in ensuring maritime security within the Coalition of the Willing, and future decisions to assist Ukraine's energy sector.
