Reserve+ suffers another outage after Defense Ministry announces restoration (updated)

A technical failure occurred in the Reserve+ app on 1 April 2026.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Defense Ministry’s press center.
App unavailable
The app is temporarily unavailable, the statement says.
"We apologize for the inconvenience. The technical team is working to restore the stable operation of Reserve+. We expect this to happen within 24 hours. For now, you can generate an electronic military registration document on the Diia portal. We will inform you immediately as soon as everything is back up and running," the Defense Ministry said.
Updated at 5:00 p.m. Suspilne correspondents reported that the Reserve+ app had gone down again. Earlier, the Defense Ministry had announced that stable operation had been restored.
As Interfax-Ukraine writes, when trying to log into Reserve+, the Defense Ministry logo appears on the screen, but there is no further access to the app’s content.
