"Servant of People" member Koriavchenko has declared Spanish apartment, which was previously reported by media

Yurii Koriavchenkov, a member of parliament from the "Servant of the People" party, listed an apartment in Spain in his declaration, as previously reported by the media.
According to Censor.NET, this is evidenced by the data in the parliamentarian’s declaration.
What is known?
According to the information in the declaration, the 90.9-square-meter property was purchased in January 2025 for 6,533,910 hryvnias (approximately 149,000 euros at the January exchange rate).
In an article by "Ukrainska Pravda," the MP’s wife stated that they took out a loan of 150,000 euros to purchase the apartment.
During a conversation with journalist Tkach, the MP said that he would soon include it in his declaration.
What else does the Koriavchenko family own?
In addition, according to the information in the declaration, the MP has owned a 103-square-meter apartment in Kyiv since 2008.
Meanwhile, Koriavchenko’s wife owns a 136.4-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, a parking space, a one-third share of an apartment in Kryvyi Rih, two land plots in the Kherson region, as well as a 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and a 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser. The MP also uses the latter.
Koriavchenko declared a Breitling watch worth 150,000 UAH.
The "Servant of the People" MP reported an annual salary from parliament of 643,000 UAH. His wife earned 3,830,000 UAH over the year—income from entrepreneurial activities.
The MP also has $30,000 in cash, and in banks—$10 and over 2,500 UAH.
His wife holds 45,000 euros in cash and has $19,800, about 4,700 euros, and over 300,000 UAH in bank accounts.
What led up to this?
