Zelenskyy highlights Ukraine’s critical role in global security

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his evening video address, emphasized Ukraine's active role in international security formats and partnerships.

As reported by Censor.NET, this is stated in his statement regarding Ukraine's participation in coordination with other states during threats from Iran and in the sphere of freedom of navigation.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine participates in all available formats of interaction with partners to strengthen common security and defense potential. He emphasized that the country continues to work with states that are under strikes by the Iranian regime, and new agreements are being concluded that will allow Ukraine to be even more represented in global security initiatives.

"It is now impossible to imagine real security without Ukraine," the president stated.

Ukrainian expertise in global security

Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of Ukrainian expertise in the sphere of sea routes, protection, and restoration of maritime traffic. According to him, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha today participated in a joint format with European partners regarding the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, which concerns freedom of navigation and global security.

The President also reported that Rustem Umerov will report in detail tomorrow on the work with each country, from the Gulf to Turkey, and emphasized that Ukraine is ready to share its knowledge, technological potential, and experience to strengthen the security of partners.

Expansion of Ukraine's international presence

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine's participation in new security formats not only strengthens defense potential but also opens up opportunities for the development of exports and technological cooperation. The President emphasized that the country's active position in international processes is critically important for maintaining global stability.
