Cabinet dismisses Deputy Health Minister Vasylyshyn, suspected of bribetaking, - Vice Prime Minister Rozenko

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has dismissed Deputy Minister of Health Roman Vasylyshyn accused of corrupt practices.

Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko said after the government meeting, Censor.NET informs citing Ukrainski Novyny.

Earlier, the court suspended Deputy Health Minister Vasylyshyn from office until Sept. 8.

As reported, Vasylyshyn was nabbed while receiving a bribe. He was released from custody after posting a bail in the amount of 2.8 million hryvnia (about $114,000) July 12.
