New warhead for strikes on energy sector: Russians have upgraded "Geran-4" jet-powered UAV, - DIU

Russia has begun deploying an upgraded version of the "Geran-4" jet-powered strike UAV, equipped with a new autonomous navigation system and a warhead designed to destroy bridges and power line towers.
This was reported by the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, according to Censor.NET.
Details
The Russians began using the new version of the "Geran-4" this fall.
What has changed?
The upgraded drone features a new "MOKH" unit based on a high-precision magneto-inductive sensor (magnetometer) PNI5GA manufactured by PNI Sensor (USA).
The "MOKH" works in conjunction with the SADRA inertial navigation module to reduce the drift of its gyroscopes, thereby improving the accuracy of the UAV’s autonomous navigation.
The Russians also added the "Susanin" autonomous navigation system to their satellite and inertial navigation systems
"This is an optoelectronic correlation system that compares images from an optical sensor with a reference image stored in the computer’s memory to ensure that the UAV’s flight path matches the route from the launch point to the target. A similar system is also used on the new ‘Geran-5’ K5-version UAVs," intelligence sources explained.
For attacks on the energy sector
The enemy has begun using a new KRSN (cumulative-cutting special warhead) to effectively destroy (by cutting with a cumulative jet) bridge structures and overhead power line towers.
Russia has replaced the Chinese Telefly turbojet engine with a Russian-made equivalent manufactured locally in Alabuga.
Other electronic units and components remain unchanged.
