Drones are attacking Russia's largest oil refinery—the Omsk Refinery.
According to Censor.NET, citing ASTRA, local residents have reported this.

"The Omsk Oil Refinery is under attack. Smoke is coming out of the pipes there. Two explosions were heard," they say.
Earlier, a drone threat alert was issued in the Omsk region. Authorities announced possible restrictions on mobile internet use. Restrictions were also imposed at the Omsk airport.
Prior to this, a drone threat alert had been declared throughout the entire Ural Federal District.
Governor Vitaly Khotsenko confirmed the attack.
Strike on the Omsk Oil Refinery
As a reminder, on July 6, the Ukrainian Defense Forces confirmed that the Omsk Oil Refinery—located nearly 2,500 km from Ukraine’s state border—had been struck.
The Omsk Oil Refinery is the last of Russia’s 11 largest gasoline producers to be attacked by Ukrainian drones.
