Automated Ukrainian turrets have shot down dozens of Russian drones over Kyiv in month: over 60 targets destroyed in total. VIDEO
Ukrainian automated turrets have destroyed dozens of Russian drones over Kyiv in the last month alone. In total, as part of the ‘Private Air Defence’ project , such systems have already engaged more than 60 aerial targets.
According to Censor.NET, the Brave1 defence cluster has reported on the performance of these automated air defence systems.
Brave1 began the design and development of its automated turrets back in 2024. These systems are now being used to protect cities, critical infrastructure and Ukrainian military positions.
The turrets are also in service with the Ukrainian Air Force. According to Brave1, they are capable of destroying various types of Russian drones, including the ‘Banderole’ and ‘Geran-5’ jet-powered models.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with Brave1, continues to expand the use of automated turrets to strengthen the country’s air defence.
