Russian army has started demonstrative arrests of mobilized people who refuse to go to war. VIDEO&PHOTOS

A video of the detention of two soldiers who refused to go to war appeared in Russian Telegram channels - the soldiers were demonstratively twisted right during the formation.

According to Censor.NЕТ, the video is posted in Russian social networks

In the video, two soldiers are called one by one from the line of soldiers on the parade ground - presumably, their names are Selivanov and Dyagterov (hard to hear - ed.), an investigator approaches them and says that on November 16, a criminal case was opened against them under Part 2.1 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to obey an order).

Then a convoy with "Military Police" stripes on their sleeves rudely detains the soldiers. They are searched, handcuffed and put into a police car.

The video does not indicate when and where it was filmed. But the video shows a green lawn, rainy weather, soldiers dressed warmly.

It is also unclear whether the detainees were mobilized or contract soldiers.

In public, they write that the video shows mobilized soldiers, and the event took place in Belgorod region.

It is also reported that the military were detained for refusing to go to war in Ukraine. The soldiers face up to 3 years in prison.

According to lawyer Maxim Grebenyuk, there was no need to detain the soldiers on the territory of the military unit.

He believes that the detention was carried out "demonstratively", so that it was "a lesson for others".
