On 14 September, in the evening, Russian troops attacked the area adjacent to Odesa with rockets, damaging civilian infrastructure, including several residential buildings and commercial structures.

The hostile shelling killed two people - a married couple, born in 1962 and 1958. Another woman, born in 1959, was hospitalised with shrapnel wounds.
