Three participants in the conflict in a hotel in Kyiv's Pechersk district were served with a notice of suspicion.
This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, Censor.NET informs.
"On 23 November 2024, two residents of Odesa region began hooliganistically hitting a man who was also staying at the hotel with his military friend in the centre of Kyiv. Another participant in the conflict, a resident of Kyiv, punched the serviceman in the jaw that evening, causing the man to fall to the floor and lose consciousness," the statement said.
Two residents of Dnipro and Vasylkiv were then notified of suspicion of hooliganism committed by a group of persons with the use of firearms (Article 296(2) and (4) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and a resident of Vasylkiv was also charged with premeditated murder (Article 115(1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As a result of the pre-trial investigation, three other participants in the hotel conflict - two friends of the deceased and a hotel visitor - have been served with suspicions of hooliganism.
