American actress, director and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie paid a private visit to the city of Kherson on November 5.

Details of the visit
According to local media, Jolie visited several medical facilities, including a children’s hospital and a maternity ward.

The actress also publicly supported Ukraine after the start of the full-scale invasion.
Jolie had already visited Ukraine in April 2022 on her own initiative.
In Lviv, she visited children injured in the Russian missile strike on the Kramatorsk railway station and spoke with internally displaced people at the city’s train station.
In an official statement, the actress said she was deeply moved by the resilience and courage of the Ukrainian people.
