House, land and car registered to relatives: head of TCR in Lviv region to stand trial over false declarations – SBI. PHOTOS
The pre-trial investigation into the deputy head of the Lviv Regional TCR and SS (Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support), who was acting as the head at the time he was exposed, has been completed. The indictment has been sent to court.

What is known
It was established that in 2023-2024, the official failed to declare a 0.025-hectare land plot and a 139-square-metre residential building in Lviv district. He registered the property in his mother-in-law’s name, although he had in fact purchased it with his own funds.
In addition, the declaration did not include Mercedes and Nissan cars registered in the names of the official’s father and sister, but actually used by him and his wife.
The total value of the undeclared assets amounts to nearly UAH 8 million.
Lifestyle monitoring
It is reported that, on the initiative of the State Bureau of Investigation, the National Agency for Corruption Prevention conducted a full lifestyle monitoring review of the official. It found that his official income did not match the value of the property he had acquired.
What he faces
The official will stand trial for declaring false information under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalties provide for up to two years of restricted liberty and disqualification from holding certain positions.
