Today, 26 August, Russian forces struck a business centre in a densely built-up residential area of Lozova, Kharkiv region, leaving people injured.
Serhii Zelenskyi, head of the Lozova City Territorial Community, reported this, according to Censor.NET.
What is known
The building reportedly caught fire, and surrounding apartment blocks were damaged.
"After waiting for some time, the Russians launched a follow-up strike. This was a deliberate attempt to maximise casualties: it happened during working hours, with shops and medical and social institutions nearby," the statement reads.
Casualties of the attack
Unfortunately, people were injured in the attack. Ten people are currently known to have been wounded, some of whom are in serious condition.
Doctors are reportedly fighting to save their lives, while all emergency services are operating in emergency mode. More details will be provided later.
