President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy traditionally made a video address to Ukrainians on an evening of February 18.

"This week, we have achieved significant signals from our partners and concrete agreements on the inevitability of bringing Russia to justice for its aggression and terror against our state and people.
Each Russian strike on Kharkiv and its region, on Sumy and Donetsk regions, on Khmelnytskyi, Nikopol and every corner of our Ukraine will have concrete legal consequences for the terrorist state.
Traditionally, I would like to thank all those who are now defending our country on the battlefield and our people from Russian shelling. I especially want to recognize each and every one of them who is defending Donetsk region. The most fierce and principled fighting is taking place there. The confrontation depends on a lot of what we are preparing for the near future. I am grateful to the paratroopers of the 79th separate air assault brigade, the marines of the 35th separate marine brigade, the infantry of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade, the gunners of the 55th separate and 27th rocket artillery brigades.
Today I would also like to thank all our soldiers-signal operators for their excellent service! To all those who effectively and timely provide logistics for our troops and all the Support Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces! Thank you! Thank you to everyone for whom the stability of Ukraine and our positions is an absolute personal, official and professional priority!
Glory to each and every one who is in combat today! Eternal memory to all those whose lives were taken by this war, Russia and its aggression!" Zelenskyy emphasized.
