We have made long-range "Neptunes", there are first hits - Zelenskyy. VIDEO

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about Ukraine's missile programme.

He said this during the presentation of the Ukraine's Resilience Plan in the Verkhovna Rada, Censor.NET reports.

"Ukraine is already doing its best to increase its own production of guns and artillery shells and production in cooperation with our partners. This year, we have already produced more than 2.5 million mortar rounds and shells for our artillery, with calibres ranging from 60 to 155 mm. We are increasing this production," the President noted.

According to Zelenskyy, everything related to drones is also being built up.

"Next year, Ukraine will produce at least 30,000 long-range drones. ... The task has been set to produce at least 3,000 cruise missiles and drone missiles. Just like this year, next year we will fully meet the targets for the production and supply of all types of drones. ... As for the missile programme, many people, especially Russians, remember our Ukrainian "Neptunes". But we have also made long "Neptunes". And the name itself indicates the task, and there are already the first hits," the head of state added.
