Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova receives instructions by phone during briefing: "Masha, do not comment on ballistic missile strike at all". VIDEO
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova was instructed by phone not to comment on the ballistic missile attack during a briefing.
According to Censor.NET, the instruction was accidentally broadcast and probably refers to the ballistic attack on Dnipro, during which, according to social media, Russia used the "Rubezh" intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time.
The "Rubezh" ICBM was developed in high secrecy due to a violation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, so its exact characteristics are not known for certain. According to open sources, it weighs about 50 tonnes. At the final point of flight, the missile is divided into 6 warheads, each with a yield of 0.3 megatons. The possible strike range is estimated at 6000 km.
