President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the Okhmatdyt hospital to congratulate the young patients on St Nicholas Day.
The president said this on his telegram channel, Censor.NET.
The Head of State spoke to the young patients, their families and medical staff, expressing words of support and gratitude.
"This war has brought our children so many challenges that should not happen in childhood. But despite everything, they remain children. We must do everything to ensure that they have a happy and safe future," Zelenskyy said.
The President expressed pride in the children who courageously overcome the challenges of war, as well as in all those who fight for their future.
