Today, on 23 December, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted credentials from the new ambassadors of China, Saudi Arabia and Serbia.
Zelensky said this on his Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
"Credentials. Today, the new ambassadors of China, Saudi Arabia and Serbia are starting their diplomatic missions in Ukraine.
I congratulated the ambassadors on the start of their diplomatic missions in Ukraine and spoke to each of them. We hope to intensify cooperation between the countries," the President noted.
As a reminder, on 20 December, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved the appointment of more than 30 new Ukrainian ambassadors.
It was also reported that on 21 December, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Ukrainian diplomats in a number of countries and Ukraine's representatives in international organisations. The President signed decrees appointing new ambassadors.
