President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius at the Ramstein base.

According to Censor.NET, Zelenskyy said this in a telegram.

"Military aid to our country for this year, the supply of additional air defence systems, the future work of the Ramstein format, support for Ukrainian arms and equipment production are among the topics we discussed. Only strong positions of Ukraine on the battlefield and strengthening of our soldiers will help to force Russia to a just and lasting peace," the President noted.

Zelenskyy also thanked Germany "for its leadership in strengthening our air defence, for the thousands of lives we have saved together".
