A video has been posted online showing the combat work of the Ukrainian unit of the US "Vampire" SAM.

According to Censor.NET, the recording shows Ukrainian soldiers shooting down a Russian Kh-59 cruise missile over the Black Sea.

"The Ukrainian military shoots down a Russian Kh-59 cruise missile over the Black Sea with fire from a 'Vampire' SAM installed on board a boat," the commentary to the publication reads.

The "Vampire" SAM is a US portable kit that can be installed on most vehicles with a cargo body (e.g., an SUV) to launch low-cost APKWS missiles or other laser-guided munitions. The system is self-contained and can be installed on any land vehicle in a few hours.
