On the night of 28 February, in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, members of the Resistance Movement blew up a car with a Russian FSB officer.

This was reported by the Mariupol City Council with reference to the local resistance movement, Censor.NET reports.

It is noted that last night at about 01:00 in the Primorskyi district, members of the Mariupol Resistance blew up a car with a FSB officer.

The victim of the explosion is in intensive care.

They also informed that after the action, the Russian FSB had dramatically increased pressure and was conducting comprehensive search operations. However, they assured that their people were already safe.

Meanwhile, the "Atesh" guerrilla movement claimed that repression by the FSB had intensified in Mariupol.

"Our agents report that the number of FSB operational groups in Mariupol has sharply increased. The occupiers are conducting mass detentions in an attempt to track down the Ukrainian underground, which continues to be active," the statement said.

According to representatives of the "Atesh" movement, the Russians are stepping up patrols, conducting raids and massive document checks.
