The High Anti-Corruption Court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative of 1 million hryvnia bail for a judge of the Volovets District Court in Zakarpattia, who offered to cancel the arrest of 20 cubic metres of timber for a bribe of 1,300 dollars.
This was reported by NABU, which published recordings of his negotiations with a witness, according to Censor.NET.

In them, the judge says (in Russian - ed.) that "he is helping, and if he gets a little something for it, that's not bad, that's normal."
Later, he asks, "and for bread? What do you have there for that?"
At the end of the video, he says "collect the money" and agrees on something with the witness for Tuesday. In the next frames, he is already being detained on the street.
