Two discussions have already taken place with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, representatives of US President Donald Trump. The third is now getting underway.
This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as quoted by Interfax-Ukraine and reported by Censor.NET.
"It is very important for us that President Trump’s chief negotiators have already visited Ukraine today. We have held two discussions. I am very pleased that we are now moving on to the third discussion," Zelenskyy said after the first round of talks with the US President’s representatives.
Later, on his social media accounts, the president announced that the next round of talks would involve the US and the E3 countries: the UK, France and Germany.
What is known about the visit to Kyiv
- As previously reported, Witkoff and Kushner have arrived in Ukraine.
- In addition to US President Donald Trump’s special envoys, representatives of European partners – France, the UK and Germany – are in Ukraine on an official visit.
