Andriushchenko: Russian occupants in Mariupol issued "manuals" on response to explosions

In Mariupol, Russians issued an instruction to explain sounds of explosions. According to it, all explosions that occur in city are allegedly work of air defense or demining.
This was stated by the Advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko, informs Censor.NЕТ referring to RBK-Ukraine.
"There are strict orders not to talk on hits. Even on the sidelines. "All explosions are air defense, airplanes and demining," Andriushchenko said.
In his words, according to the instruction, any employee who says otherwise will be fired with consequences. In addition, from now on, everyone who is involved in any way with information on arrivals will sign a document on state secrets and non-disclosure. The Civil Defense Headquarters has been put on high alert and is working seven days a week.
"So Mariupol residents will once again have to deal with a lot of "noodles" for their ears, standard fairy tales about air defense and a complete information void from the occupiers. It's okay, we will fill it with the truth," added the Mayor's advisor.
