In cities temporarily occupied by Russians last year, situation is catastrophic. Invaders do not restore destroyed housing and infrastructure.
It is informed by Censor.NЕТ referring toTelegram channel of the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysohor.
"In the cities occupied last year, the Russians are not restoring housing or infrastructure. The sanitary situation there is exacerbated - no one is fighting the rat infestation. In cities where communication is disconnected, collaborators and the Russian military provide people with the right to use the Internet for a one-time fee," the post reads.
He also said that despite the lack of Internet, the occupiers reported that polling stations were connected to the centralized election system.
Lysohor also commented on the powerful explosion that took place on the outskirts of Luhansk today.
"As today's explosion showed, there were a lot of weapons in the warehouses in Luhansk. The only thing I can say is that smoking should be done in specially designated places," said the head of Luhansk region.
As reported earlier, today the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an occupant's missile weapons depot in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region.
