128th Brigade confirms 19 soldiers killed by Russian missile attack

The 128th separate mountain assault brigade of the Transcarpathian region confirmed the deaths of 19 defenders.

"A missile attack by the insidious enemy claimed the lives of 19 soldiers of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade of the Transcarpathian region. We are currently conducting a thorough investigation into all the circumstances of the tragedy, and we ask you not to disseminate unverified, often fake information until it is completed.
Our best fighters were killed... We express our sincere condolences to their families and promise to avenge our comrades 100 times over. Eternal memory to the soldiers who gave their lives for Ukraine!" - the statement reads.
As previously reported by Censor.NET, on 4 November, a terrible situation occurred in the 128th Brigade - the occupiers attacked Ukrainian soldiers in one of the frontline villages of Zaporizhzhia region while they were lining up to receive awards on the occasion of the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery.
A three-day mourning period for the fallen soldiers has been declared in the Transcarpathian region.
