Air defense shot down 24 "Shaheds" out of 29 - Air Force

On the night of 3 August, Russian invaders attacked the territory of Ukraine with two S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles and 29 Shahed attack UAVs

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk.

"The air attack was repelled by mobile firing groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, anti-aircraft missile troops, and airborne electronic warfare units.
As a result of the air battle, 24 Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs were shot down in the Kherson, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Dnipro, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr regions," the statement said.
