Air Force: 50 out of 73 Shaheds destroyed, 19 more lost locally
On the night of November 24, 2024, the invaders attacked Ukraine with Shahed UAVs and unidentified drones from Orel and Bryansk region.

How many drones did the enemy launch?
In total, 73 enemy UAVs were detected and escorted.
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare equipment and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine are involved in repelling the attack.
How many drones did our air defense system shoot down?
"As of 09.00, air defense shot down 50 enemy drones in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zhytomyr regions," the statement said.
19 drones were lost locally, presumably due to active counteraction of the electronic warfare of the Defense Forces.

Earlier, Censor.NET reported that explosions were heard in the Kyiv region at night, and air defense forces were working. As noted, the enemy has been attacking Ukraine with "Shaheds" since nightfall.
As a reminder, about 10 Shaheeds were destroyed over Kyiv: there were no casualties or damage.
