Russian army is bigger than 2 years ago, but its quality has declined, - Chairman of the NATO Military Committee Bauer

Russia's ground forces are now larger than at the beginning of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, but their quality has declined since then.
According to Censor.NET, citing Reuters, this was stated by Admiral Rob Bauer, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee.
"The quality of these forces has declined," he said, commenting on the state of equipment and training of the Russian military.
"The Russians are not as threatening as they were in February 2022, so we have some time to prepare," Bauer added.
According to him, this means increasing investment in the defence industry.
As reported earlier by the media, Russia may be planning a large-scale offensive in the Kursk region.
