Russia has already fired about 60 North Korean missiles at Ukraine, - Defense Intelligence of Ukraine

How many DPRK missiles did Russia fire at Ukraine: DIU's response

Russia used about 60 North Korean missiles in the war against Ukraine.

This was stated by a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrii Cherniak in an interview with Radio Liberty, Censor.NET reports.

"Today we have information that Russia has used about 60 North Korean missiles against Ukraine. Their accuracy, in principle, is not very high. We understand that the technologies used to make them are outdated. On the other hand, they still pose a danger, because there is no difference between dying from a missile made in 24 years ago or dying from a missile made using old technologies," Cherniak said.

Such missiles pose a threat not only to the population, but also to industrial facilities in Ukraine. Cherniak also emphasized that the DPRK supplies Russia with a significant amount of artillery ammunition.

"We constantly see the movement of cargo and containers. We do not rule out that there may be artillery ammunition that North Korea produces, which is already in its warehouses. Yes, this is also a huge danger for Ukraine, because in addition to the fact that Russia has its own military-industrial complex, it has its own facilities, it also uses the ammunition that comes from North Korea," the intelligence representative said.

Earlier, it was reported that two thousand soldiers from the DPRK were sent to support the Russian army.

The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense stated that the DPRK had handed over more than 100 ballistic missiles, 100 artillery systems and millions of shells to Russia.

Ukrainian intelligence also reported that the KN-23/KN-24 missile used by Russia against Ukraine contained foreign components manufactured by companies from five countries - China, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
