In Ukraine, every hospital is equipped with generators, which will ensure the operation of the institution in the face of power outages.

According to Censor.NET, citing Espresso, this was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.

"Each hospital in our country is equipped with a generator that fully ensures the operation of the health care facility, respectively, with the ability to supply light and heat in full," the prime minister said.

Shmyhal also emphasized that during the current heating season, the government aims to provide all educational institutions with autonomous power supply. As of the end of November, more than 80% of them had generators, according to the Ministry of Education.
