Yermak’s business partner Koliubaiev received billions of dollars in contracts for drone production from MoD, - journalist Nikolov
During the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Artem Koliubaiev, a film producer and business partner of the head of the Presidential Office, became a co-owner of Culver, one of the largest suppliers of drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This was stated by journalist Yurii Nikolov on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
This refers to the rumors that Yermak is unaware and uninvolved in Umierov's guerilla attempt aimed at seizing direct control over the 300 billion arms procurement flow. Finding a private notary in Kyiv working on a Saturday after 6 PM is indeed a challenging task. Yet, it becomes significantly easier when the notary is from Yermak's inner circle. I did some additional search into this 'Yermak's NGO.' It is now engaged in raising funds for the military, and the public face and leader is Artem Koliubaiev, who happens to be Andrii Yermak's business partner in Ama-Vision LLC," the journalist writes.
Nikolov adds, "To the wider public, Koliubaiev is better known for his plan to create a series about draft evaders, featuring a character reminiscent of Oleksandr Povorozniuk—the foul-mouthed pro-government businessman famous for the phrase 'Vova, f#ck them'."
But in certain circles, Koliubaiev is known for other stories. During the invasion, Koliubaiev became a co-owner of Culver, one of the largest suppliers of drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. These are contracts worth billions—or possibly schemes for money withdrawal. We have the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NCSCM), headed by Ruslan Magomedov, an unofficial adviser to Yermak. This commission granted permission to Koliubaiev's company, Assets Financial Group, to transfer foreign currency out of Ukraine. In turn, another company owned by Koliubaiev, Elar Asset Management, financed a New Year's trip to peaceful Finland for Mykhailo Yanchuk, head of the NCSCM office. And how about Koliubaiev's entry into the construction business run by Stolar, a prominent figure of OPFL, who reliably delivers votes for the Servants of the People during critical voting in the Verkhovna Rada? I can only imagine how our international partners must be freaked out by this circus," the journalist writes
Earlier, the Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense signed an additional agreement to the contract with the current director of the Defense Procurement Agency for a period of 1 year.
However, later, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umierov stated that the Defense Procurement Agency had failed in its work over the past six months and announced the dismissal of his deputy Dmytro Klimenkov and the change of the Defense Procurement Agency's management.
Subsequently, Arsen Zhumadilov, head of the State Operator For Non-Lethal Acquisition, confirmed that he would take the second position - head of the Defense Procurement Agency.
At the same time, on Friday, January 24, Maryna Bezrukova said that she remained the current head of the Defense Procurement Agency, despite the Ministry of Defense's refusal to extend her contract.
