Trump on his relationship with Zelenskyy: "Little testy"

US President Donald Trump has admitted that there is some tension in his relationship with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to The Guardian.
During a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the White House, the US leader said that his relationship with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had recently become "somewhat testy."
"We want to work with him [Volodymyr Zelenskyy], and we will work with him. I think we actually have a very good relationship with the president. It maybe got a little bit testy because we wanted to have a little of what the European nations had. You know, they get their money back by giving money. We don’t get our money back," Trump said.
He added that tomorrow, February 28, he and Zelenskyy will sign an agreement on Ukrainian rare earth metals, and it is a "great deal."
Earlier, Trump said that he "can't believe he called Zelenskyy a dictator."
Trump's statements about Zelenskyy's rating
The day before, Trump said that elections should be held in Ukraine, as Zelenskyy's approval rating had fallen to 4%.
As of the first half of February 2025, 57% of Ukrainians trust President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, while 37% do not, according to a KIIS survey.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the statements about his 4% rating disinformation.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump called Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy a "dictator without elections" because he allegedly convinced America to "spend $350 billion on the war".
