Ukraine and the United States of America signed a Memorandum, which confirms the constructive joint work of the teams and their intention to finalise and conclude the agreement.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported on her Facebook page by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko
They are also preparing to establish the Ukraine Recovery Investment Fund. The agreement will open up opportunities for significant investment, infrastructure modernisation and mutually beneficial partnership between Ukraine and the United States - this is the goal of the teams working on the document.
"It is important that we confirm with our agreements the desire of the American people to invest together with the Ukrainian people in a free, sovereign and secure Ukraine. The next step is to finalise the text of the Agreement and sign it. And then - ratification by the parliaments. I am grateful to our technical teams - Ukrainian and American - for their professional, constructive and fast work," the Minister concluded.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine and the United States could sign a memorandum of intent to conclude a minerals agreement online as early as 17 April.
In turn, US President Donald Trump said that the minerals agreement with Ukraine would be signed next Thursday.
