Putin’s visit to Alaska is result of Trump’s decisive actions, - Senator Graham

The visit of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to Alaska scheduled for August 15 is due to Donald Trump's policies - the sale of weapons to Europe for Ukraine and increased tariffs on Indian goods - which have alarmed the Kremlin.
According to Censor.NET, citing Fox News, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said this.
"I can't imagine any other person on the planet who could bring Putin to the negotiating table other than Trump. But the reason why Putin is going to Alaska is because President Trump announced arms sales to Europe to help Ukraine, and that alarmed Putin," Graham said.
He noted that the US president also imposed higher tariffs on India for buying Russian oil.
"He hit the second largest buyer of Russian oil, which supports Russia's military machine. That's why Putin is going to Alaska. Peace through strength," Graham added.
As a reminder, US President Donald Trump, commenting on the peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia, said that there would be a land swap.
Earlier it was reported that the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will take place on August 15 in the US state of Alaska.
